Cost of Attendance

The following is an overview of tuition, fees and estimated living expenses for students in the PharmD program. These estimated costs are based on living in non-university housing or university housing (not with parents or relatives other than a spouse). Costs included are the average amount for standard expenses, such as tuition, fees, books, supplies, room, board and other living expenses. Keep in mind that your actual costs may differ depending on your living arrangements.

*P4 students who have summer APPEs will have their budgets increased to allow them to borrow money for summer living expenses.  

** If you need to purchase a computer you may use your financial aid refund to cover the cost of a new computer.

Other Fees:

Identification is required of all students during enrollment at USC. A fee will be assessed for each replacement or loss of identification card.

Late fees and finance charges are assessed on all past-due balances. A deferment or a late-fee waiver will be issued to students for loan funds that have not been disbursed. To avoid incurring late fees and/or finance charges, students are encouraged to submit their loan application as soon as they receive their Statement of Financial Aid Eligibility.

Late fees are assessed every week as follows:

First Week $100.00
Second Week $100.00
Third Week $100.00

A monthly finance charge is assessed on all balances not paid by the monthly due date. Current annual rate is 12%.

A fee of $25 will be assessed for any check returned by the bank for any reason.
