Pharmacists ranked the most financially secure profession of the pandemic, higher than physicians, lawyers, nurses, veterinarians and dentists, among others, according to a survey conducted by the website Student Loan Planner.
Between 2,700 to 4,000 readers were surveyed on five separate dates from March 2020 to March 2021 to gauge how the pandemic had affected them financially.
By March 1, 2021, 95% of pharmacists surveyed reported no change in income compared to prior to the pandemic, the highest of any profession surveyed.
