Dr. Wenderoth is currently the Pharmacy Business Manager at Keck Medicine of USC in which he has lead initiatives resulting in more than $15 million in net financial improvement (pharmaceutical contracting, clinical cost-effectiveness, 340B, and process improvement) to the health system in addition to realizing even more in strategic business development and growth.
Dr. Wenderoth received his Pharm.D. in 2011 from the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy (Tucson). Following pharmacy school, he completed a PGY1 pharmacy practice residency in acute care at the University of Southern California. Subsequently, he worked in the department of Performance Improvement at Keck Medicine of USC as a Clinical Process Architect, serving as a liaison between the health system's executive team and front-line staff. In this role, he facilitated and lead numerous initiatives to increase efficiency, decrease cost, and improve both patient and staff safety. This position fostered the development of his skill set that has brought the health system value in his current position as Pharmacy Business Manager.
