Financial Aid Calendar
January 2, 2015
As early as January 2, 2015, you should begin the financial aid application process by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online at www.fafsa.ed.gov. The USC Federal School Code is 001328. Complete all student sections. In addition, students who wish to be considered for the Pharmacy Health Profession Student Loans (HPSL) and Loans for Disadvantaged Students (LDS) must complete the Parents’ Information Section on the FAFSA.
Settlement month—spring semester loans should credit to students’ USC account 10 days prior to first day of classes.
February 15, 2015
This is the deadline for continuing students to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
In addition, complete the Enrollment and Housing Form – log in at My Financial Aid & Documents. You will find the Enrollment and Housing Form in the “Document Library”.
April 15, 2015
Continuing-student deadline to be considered for the Pharmacy Health Profession Student Loan (HPSL) and the Loan for Disadvantaged Students (LDS), you must submit a copy of your (and your spouse’s, if applicable) and your parents’ 2013 federal tax returns including all W2s. For submission instructions, please refer to My Financial Aid & Documents.
Important: Documents submitted to the USC School of Pharmacy, Financial Aid Office, become the property of the School and cannot be returned to the student and/or parent and cannot be duplicated for any purpose.
First-time borrowers must complete the Federal Direct Stafford Loan Master Promissory Note online.
First-time borrowers must complete your Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan Master Promissory Note online.
First-time borrowers must complete online entrance loan counseling. For details, visit http://www.usc.edu/admission/fa/loans/.
Students who qualify for the Pharmacy Health Profession Student Loan and the Loan for Disadvantaged Students must complete your Master Promissory Note. Please wait for an e-mail from email@example.com with instructions on how to accept and sign for these loans electronically.
