Dual Degree Admission

Differentiating Your Degree

USC Pharmacy offers numerous dual and joint degree programs that allow you to simultaneously pursue an additional advanced degree, further prepare you for your specific career interests and goals, and enhance your overall experience in the PharmD program.

Joint and dual degrees offered are:

Doctor of Pharmacy/Juris Doctor (PharmD/JD)
Doctor of Pharmacy/Master of Business Administration (PharmD/MBA)
Doctor of Pharmacy/Master of Public Health (PharmD/MPH)
Doctor of Pharmacy/Master of Science in Regulatory Science (PharmD/MS Reg Sci)
Doctor of Pharmacy/Master of Science in Gerontology (PharmD/MS Gerontology)
Doctor of Pharmacy/Doctor of Philosophy (PharmD/PhD)

In addition, the School also offers a joint Doctor of Pharmacy and graduate certificate in Gerontology for students interested in pursuing geriatric pharmacy practice.

During undergrad, I was part of a team of pharmacists, psychologists, psychiatrists and doctors at UCI Medical Neuropsychiatric Center who examined patients with disorders ranging from Down’s syndrome to schizophrenia. I observed the pharmacist’s interaction with patients, and how some improved through the drug regimen.
