Miranda A. Mossavar

Biography

Miranda A. Mossavar represents employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under both state and
federal law, including:
• Wage and hour – class actions
• Discrimination and harassment
• Retaliation and wrongful termination
• Leaves of absence and disability accommodation
Miranda also has significant class action and single plaintiff experience and is experienced in all aspects of civil litigation,
including pleadings, law and motion, mediation, complex discovery issues, arbitration and trial preparation.
Lastly, Miranda has experience conducting in-person training seminars on a variety of employment law topics including
wage and hour law and workplace harassment.
During law school, Miranda served as a judicial extern to the Hon. Gary A. Feess of the United States District Court for
the Central District of California. She also served as an editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.
