Enkhe Badamgarav, Head of International Market Access at Tesarobio, has more than 20 years of experience in medicine, consulting and pricing/reimbursement in the biopharmaceutical industry. She develops insightful and creative access/pricing strategies across product lifecycle. She has developed access/reimbursement risk assessment and risk mitigation plans, which enabled her clients to address access risks with high business impact while maintaining product list price within an acceptable range.
With her medical background and deep understanding of health care systems globally, she is skilled in developing compelling product value proposition in a customer-centric manner.
She has worked across multiple therapeutic areas including depression, cardiovascular, diabetes, osteoporosis, oncology, immunology, and gynecologic disorders as well as medical devices and orphan products.
She has published over 20 peer-reviewed publications in the field of health economics, disease management program, patient adherence, and burden of illness studies. She is focused in understanding value pathways for a specific market segment and/or a disease to develop customer centric product value proposition as well as help companies to effectively select pipeline asset with high likelihood of reimbursement and commercial success as well as identify attributes meaningful to payers.
