Susie H. Park

Research Interest

Pharmacogenetics of psychotropics; identifying relationships between genomic markers and psychiatric disease and other chronic diseases, such as hepatitis C virus infection.

Ongoing research projects within these long-term goals are: (a) genotype several markers implicated in mood disorders; (b) identify genetic markers to predict drug-induced mood disorders; (c) translate the findings into ambulatory care clinical practice.

Biography

Dr. Park received her Pharm.D. from the University of Southern California, School of Pharmacy. She completed a one-year residency in psychiatric pharmacy practice and subsequently obtained the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialty in psychiatry. Currently, she is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy of the Titus Family Department of Clinical Pharmacy.
